The series was beautiful up until the end. The cast was chosen perfectly. Acting was top notch.

But I think the ending could've been much much better. The protagonist (Spoiler Alert!) chooses to be with someone who treats her like an object. She chooses to be with her husband after all he said and did. She chose to be with a family that treated her like a maid. She chose to with a man who has disgusting thoughts about homosexuality. She chose to be with a man who insulted her life her parents. And she left the woman who just wanted to treat her like a queen or if minus the exaggeration, she left the woman who wanted to make their dreams, reality. Yes the woman (peeplika) made a mistake but all that was because she was helpless and she didn't want to lose her lover. But our married woman was no less. She made mistakes too. Her lover was not her top priority. But they still managed to be together through all that. Yet the married woman decided to choose heterosexuality so that her kids don't grow to hate her. So she doesn't get manipulated further. Well she won't get manipulated any further but she'll live like a zombie.

In my perspective, this just proves that homosexuality will always be projected as a mistake. Its time that we portray that relationships beyond the "societal norms" as they call it, get accepted too! For love is love! It is important that series related to homosexuality or lgbtqia  have endings that inspire us and teach the orthodox and conservative people that love is between two people and gender isn't significant when it comes to it!

This series just compels its viewers to believe that no matter what, the woman is always gonna end up under the dominance of a man and his family. She cannot make a decision to live her life the way she wants. This series could have had multiple endings and it wasn't necessary for the female protagonist to end up with either of the love interest. But she did, proving that the glass ceiling couldn't break.

This seemed a little against the lgbtq  and female rights. Storyline was indeed amazing. Wonderfully written. But the ending could've been in the lgbtq  community's or women's rights' favour.
