The movie 'Come True', had a really good concept, you could do a lot with the idea, which made me expect a lot. It was a really stirring film ,maybe i was a little too excited for what they'll do with the concept and expected too much, which made me almost disappoint every time when the stirring scenarios ended with some pointless drama and didn't really add anything to the film..The little romance it had, didnt seem very needed..it added so little and just made the story and details messier, in my opinion. I wish the film was a little more connecting and clearer with the ideas for the scenes and the film overall. I mean it had some good stimulating scenes but i just wish they had more to it.
At the end, I had a looot of unanswered questions, which bothers me when there are so many and you can't really think of any logical answers yourself and the movie just came out and its too early to find an explanation video on youtube! hahah
But I'm not trying to say it was all negative. Definitely not. I genuinely enjoyed watching the movie and thinking and empathizing with the figures. I don't think the movie was slow or made me fall out, but again , it could've been the anxiety of what will happen next and what all will come out of it. I think if you can create that feeling in viewers, you're not far from creating quality! plus points for that surely.
The ending didn't really give a 'Woah', rather a ''Whoat'' reaction.
