It is easy to see why the documentary style can trick people into thinking the film is dry and boring, but I found the format perfectly suited for the story that Kennedy tells. The subtle twists brilliantly play out to build equal parts of confusion and suspense. The ending gave a satisfying paranoia I haven't felt since first watching the Truman Show as an adolescent.
