Not as good as the first

I liked the original Caddyshack, so thought I'd give this one a go. I agree with oher reviews, its not as funny as the original.
There is the same character as before, someone that is hated by everyone in the club, that is richer than all of them. Same as before, why repeat the same storyline?
The caddy in this version isn't even the main role, like the first.
The only thing that made it for me, funny wise, was Chevy Chase, and maybe the auction bit...
