Why is the rate 9.7? It should be 7.5 or maybe 6.

I do like the plot very much but, I feel like I am watching it in 2 or 3 times faster. I can't keep up to whatever is happening because every minute different things is happening really really fast. They don't even gave a viewer a time to breath or digest whatever is happening. If this show had 1 hour time every episode. This show will definitely be great but it is not. I really can't believe how high the rating is for this. It's misleading people.
