I took my 14 year old to see this and she walked out saying, "That was amazing!" and " I feel so much more well-informed about what is going on."
So, let me get two complaints out of the way before getting to the well-deserved praise: being a high school film teacher I thought the film felt sort of episodic and didn't drive towards a climax. Also, I wish the director would have avoided the slow-mo shots of Prager and Carolla. Both men are distinguished enough in their own right and don't need "epic" shots to add to their image.
Ok, now the real goods: this film shows the reality of what is going on in our country. The film gave so much for my daughter and I to discuss and helped us once again recognize how amazing the American experiment in liberty is and why it is so crucial that we hold onto it. The one aspect that impressed me most, though, was that the film included many liberals and leftists as well (such as Van Jones, Barak Obama, Alan Dershowitz, Dave Rubin, and more) who also are concerned for the future of free speech in our country. I love that the film was not just a collection of conservatives. I highly recommend this film.
