...but not great.
This movie is a typical action, and fits every stereotype of the genre. Car chases in fast cars, shootouts with uzis, lots of explosions, sex scenes, etc. Still, it is entertaining, and not bad to watch, despite the rather poor performances of some of the actors.

My real problem with this movie was the ending. A perfect example of deus ex machina. Everything seemed to just wrap up a bit too perfectly. Suddenly, the sheriff has seen this video. If that was true, why didn't he arrest Severance before? Did he really want to let him kill the innocent deputy? It seemed just a bit too convenient that he had suddenly seen this video.
Still, if you want a mindless action film, this is as good as any.
