Zendaya (especially) and John David Washington are magnificent! The cinematography and soundtrack are also highlights. Sam Levinson's script is pretty good, despite being a bit self indulgent and very meta at times. Nonetheless, the lead performances enhance the storytelling plus Levinson's direction is stellar. Highly recommend - this film is not for everyone though, thus why it's been so divisive critically! I for one very much enjoyed it (can't wait for all the think pieces about this film upon its release LOL - a word to all, watch/read interviews about this for greater context please). It's for sure worth a watch anyway, if only for the performances!
