I always watched the Restaurant: Impossible. It's an awesome show that advices managing restaurants with the right food and good ambiance. It helps almost bankrupt restaurant owners and gives hopes to the frustrating struggles of an owner who expresses fears and worries.
The Restaurant Impossible teaches the proper use of rules when it comes to prompt restaurant customer service, precised food preparation with a classy taste and most importantly the owner's leadership to manage.
I admire Chef Robert Irvine's ingenuity in dealing with people attitudes, working in numbers for income earners, the touch of compassion to the owners and most especially his expertise as a chef.
