Reminds me of Yugoslavia, when I grew up and lived in Slovenia and our relatives from Serbia would come to visit. Cultural differences were vast and we were looked down on. We were louder and more family oriented. My uncle from Serbia was a bad influence :). Race doesn't really matter. You have these kind of things everywhere.
