All of the last 5-6 Scandinavian series that I've seen are within, basically, the same paradigm - slow paced plot with skewed family relations, strange behaviour of most characters (as they were mainly driven by mystical, pagan and - most of the time - irrational believes). An overall super-imposed sombre atmosphere wich doesn't feel normal or logic ! Aren't they, these Scandinavians, supposed to be the happiest people on Earth ?!?
