So disappointed - who decided to use that stupid filter?

I was so looking forward to this show, thinking maybe another Band of Brothers. But seriously, wtf! Unwatchable. Can't even make it past 5 minutes. The filter makes it seem like some sort of cartoon, which to me detracts from the action and I can't take it seriously.
