Excellent series...

Given how awful the quality of most of American television programming has become, I was astounded by Bleak House. Yes, it has some CSI-like camera movements, but it didn't detract from the quality of the story-telling. This drama lives (which is more than I can say for many TV shows filmed in Los Angeles; they usually arrive on our tubes dead-on-arrival). Episode 3 aired just last night.

It's too bad that this series will end in three weeks here in America. I will relish every minute of it.

I cannot recommend this series highly enough. The DVD ought to sell well when it is finally issued at the end of this month.
