What do you get when you cross nature's most adrenaline-fueled events, spectacular filming capabilities, and excellent information from the enthusiastic Attenborough? The best nature show to date. I've seen every BBC Earth series produced through 2019, and this one is easily my favorite.

This series is simply spectacular with non-stop action ensuring there's never a dull moment. I think the intensity of the show also makes this a great introductory series for those who don't think they would be interested in a documentary. Many of the scenes are so wondrous that it's easy to forget that you're learning during your awe-stricken stupor.

My only complaint is episode 7, which had no new nature footage and moved much too slowly compared with the rest of the series. I would have preferred that episode to be a much shorter length or not included at all. However, episode 8 was extremely entertaining in showing the hardships endured to capture The Hunt.

score 9/10
