TIGTONE. Is worth your time if you like screaming in your face humor!
That is right! This series is NOT FOR THE WEAK.
All jokes aside. Tigtone is a stab into the heart of fantasy, a stab at all staples and wholesome tropes. Tigtone our titular character is a overly charismatic man who could only exist in fantasy it is through his many quests we experience the absurd.
Well rendered in a constrained artstyle it is bursting with it's own humor and not defaulting to the references of others for it's source and heart.
For that alone, yet keeping within the theme of fantasy it should be recognized as nothing less than a unique love letter with given thought into it's creation.
Give Tigtone a try, with the first of it easily find-able on youtube it shouldn't be hard to experience.
Be warned though the tone shift of Tigtone it does mellow out for the rest of the series but still keeps it's flame burning at a constant temperature.
By far the only episode I found to be horrible was all because of how campy it was about being ugly.
Such thankfully is the only ugly episode and was the least pleasant to watch!
