This series introduce fan favorite Heroes and villains from both G.I.JOE and their enemy Cobra. The G.I.JOE: Duke, Scarlett, Cover Girl, Snake Eyes and Cobra: Cobra Commander, Destro, Baroness, Major Bludd. There were so many new characters to be introduce that they did it in five episodes of this G.I.JOE Mini Series and it did well with introducing them to the fans.
