If you've seen the recent Sherlock series' with Dr Strangely B. Cumberbatch this will feel rather familiar.
It's good, not great. The plot complexities you'd expect out of the modern Sherlock is there, but it's more a net than a tapestry unfortunately (and I tend to ignore plot holes lest they spoil my fun).
Since I have no other Sherlock in front of me, this will do, for now.
