Average at best, predicable and slow.

Cons:
-Animation is average.
-Pacing is slow with lackluster story-building.
-Characters are overly "emo" and struggle with making choices that aren't self-destructive and stupid.
-Overarching story is substandard and can be seen from a mile away.
-Most of the critical issues throughout the whole series (especially the main plot) would have been resolved with one person using a modern cellphone making video or the officers using body cams.
