I never write reviews, but felt I had to after watching the last episode of River.
This is television at its best. All the actors were good, but the acting and relationship between Nicola Walker and Stella Skarsgard was so poignant and so well done.
You truly felt their relationship through all six episodes.
The end of the last episode where they reenacted their last night together and danced to Tina Charles was so well acted, I bet no-one could watch without a tear!
Pity they don't give Oscars for this!!
Fantastic telly!!!
