Samsung NP350 Deletes Everything!!

I have a Samsung NP350 laptop that's been working perfect for years now, until now.
When I select anything & left click the touchpad, It'll delete it or ask if I want to delete it.  Doesn't do it all the time but probably 7 times out of 10 perhaps.  I'm loosing files and programs left, right & centre & don't know what do do!!  Can anyone help??

Try plugging in an external mouse.

That was my next port of call!!  Out of interest, using the disable key program ….. when you select left click to disable - it actually comes up with delete rather than left click.

Plug in a mouse, uninstall the Touch pad Driver, Re-start the computer (Not just shut it down but a complete re-start) and let it re-install the driver as it may have become corrupted.
In addition have you installed anything recently, as if so it may have changed something, plus do a full Virus/Malware Scan, (Make sure you definitions are up to date) and check that your computer is running the latest updates.

Also worth getting the latest version of the touchpad drivers, which you can download from here: Free Download Notebook Drivers, Software, Manuals

Just an update on this one, have tried all of the above & still the same issue ..... left click on the touchpad will delete.  It'll be fine after start up than after 5 minutes or so, It'll go.  I need a brick wall !!!!

Boot into Safe Mode and do an in depth virus scan from there, when completed see if the problem still exists while you are in safe mode, as in safe mode most programs are disabled and minimal drivers loaded.
