Hi guys,
Does anyone know why there are two black/blue dot on my screen? I bought this monitor last December (less than a month) and they appeared 1 week ago. There is no crash at all and not even a light press or touch.
I have been informed by LG staff that this phenomenon is so called "dark spot". It "must" be caused by external pressure which is non-natural and not covered by their 3 year maintenance policy even though the surface is perfectly smooth and no sign of any damage/scratch/press.
