Concept 2 Is This Noise Normal?

Hi I got my concept 2 yesterday (brand new) and it seems to be making a louder noise than I expected when rowing. I don't mean the wind noise that's fine but the chain is loud. I have made a short video please could you guys take a quick look and advise whether I need to send it back?

PLEASE do not comment on technique I know its poor but I wanted to do a really quick video (my 5 yr old was filming) so didn't want to properly get in the straps etc. This is not how I usually row!

The whirring sound is normal, the chain sound definitely isn't.

I agree, used many concept rowers and I've never heard a chain like that.

Yes sent it back. Haven't got a replacement yet but amazon customer service spot on to be fair
