I can see your point about very senior roles skewing figures..and like i posted above i have personally seen pay discrimination towards women....New joiners in junior roles being paid more than senior women who are expected to train them...

I'm perfectly aware of how those roles are inaccessible to most men but it would appear that they are inaccessible to all women (not taking in to account the token woman )

Where I work
The men on the shop floor are required to wear company branded workwear.
The senior staff/management also wear similar workwear now, just a branded shirt as opposed to a Sweatshirt/T-shirt.

Meanwhile the only women at the company who work in the office, alongside the management, wear what they like. No dress code/policy for them.
They are women, and want to wear what they like.
