Like most everyone else here, I saw this on TV when I was a kid, was haunted by it, never knew the name, couldn't find anyone who had heard of it. 28 years later, by pure accident, I wind up in a conversation with someone who knew of the Bermuda Depths.

I have recently seen the 89 minute edit, and I am disappointed.

So many important and powerful scenes are gone.

Warner Bros / Anchor Bay, Whoever... Please release this movie in its entirety on DVD!!

If you are watching this movie for the first time, I don't know if you'll quite understand its effect on people unless you see the whole version.

The edits detract from the ending in a huge way, and detract from the love story in a big way.
