I have been enjoying this series of movies, since they started the marathon over the weekend . I've been a Kelly Martin fan, so I thought I would enjoy them. Ok, so they aren't the absolute best crime movies. Think of this series as the precursor to The Hailey Dean Mysteries, which I think are made better. For Hallmark movies, these are just fine. It's worth watching for entertainment and mystery solving, plus it's kind of fun to catch a blooper now and then. Hallmark Movies often have bloopers....such as one scene a shirt is open, the next all butttoned...or even a different color! Or how glasses are not filled the same during the scene...one zip it's nearly empty, the next it's full! I find these bloopers and mishaps in continuity so funny at times. Of course, it can also be annoying and distracting.
As for their mysteries... I do enjoy many of them. Of course, you can always switch to the original Hallmark Channel and watch the "fairy tales" complete with happy endings ????
