I didn't believe America could make good movies. Everything we see in theaters are 'Hollywood super-movies' I was sicking all the time of that. I saw good movies such as 'American beauty', 'Lolita' with Jeremy Irons (not sure about spelling) but mainstream is very bad. 'Eulogy' is a black comedy maybe drama reminding me delicate and sad humor of Chekhov. Grotesque personages that we met in our lives are gathered in one family that is certainly incredible. It's not typical (instead of typical family in American beauty), this family is unreal and real both. Genre wants to make Judy (vamp woman) lover of one of brothers. But she's lesbian. Genre wants to see 3 children always smiling and asking stupid questions but they are dumb. Everything is a fake at our life that has stupid laws we're used to.
