Don't trust the old typical "Original movie and book was better" crybabys!

Awesome and fantastic visuals, great camerawork, great acting and really catchy, dramatic and thrilling storyline. The only flaw is that the atmosphere might be a bit too "clean" when it comes to the terrifying picture of drug addiction and sourcing, but still shows it overall. Stick with it until episode 3 without comparing it too much to the book or the old movie and you'll very likely rate it better than expected.
