Roaming charges may be about to be dropped, June I think . so maybe look out for that happening.
I know Tesco mobile did it for last summer and I am hoping , if the roaming thing doesn't some off, that they do the same this year

We stick with Three for the inclusive roaming so will be interesting to see what happens when they all have to join in.

15th of July I think. EE are introducing it this month. I think Vodafone or three offer the most countries. Vodafone includes turkey whilst three includes the USA

Are any of the major UK networks allowing tethering in Europe after the new EU data changes?

If tethering is included in your allowance then there should be no reason you cannot tether in a European country

I'm with Three - they allow you to use your data abroad but not tethering while abroad.

By rights, if you have tethering within you allowance then you should be able to use it within Europe. That is what the new legislation means. Obviously in other destinations that Three offer that will not be the case

Just been on twitter. EE tethering included. O2 tethering not included. Vodafone depends on your plan. Three yet to respond(all Europe obviously)

Three's FAQ seems clear
