Think Ronnie missed a bit of trick here, Selby's highest break was 37 and he won 3 frames almost 4.
If Ronnie had pushed on from 3-0 I think Selby might have changed his game but now he will stick to plan A.
I don't mind Selby when he isn't playing for re-racks and grinding frames out but when he is behind that is normally his gameplan.
Ronnie will either steep up a gear or have enough, hard to say just yet.

I've loved , played, and watched snooker for years...and I love watching Ronnie play even though he has the personality of dried up soap . I know he is without doubt the greatest talent I've watched...but do the commentators have to ram it home with not only the cue but rest and extension included . Is there a BBC Ronnie love in going on...and I'd love him to win the six but calm down fellas as you won't see the table through the sweat and steam.

I have played.
The reason the BBC, and most viewers, love Ronnie is because of his sensational shots, break building, safety. He is the whole package and can create something out of nothing.
Selby's sole tactic this match get the cueball up the top of the table and hope that Ronnie makes a meal of his chance and leaves a red over the pocket for him. It's so appallingly dull. Has he crafted out an opportunity for himself yet? I really don't even think so. And this is a world championship final. It's bizarre.
Still.... Ronnie is fighting the good fight.
Selby will be happy he forced a rerack in that last frame as we hadn't had one this match LOL, and a nice ultra flukey red to kick off the new frame.

Are you for real...more important do you know or follow snooker...it's not a hero sport go for it out on a limb and Ronnie is a unique talent only let down by his mental temperament that other great players had from the start. All.this bollox I'm not interested in the game..I'm bored and a rebel was very boring from him. And I'm glad that he ( with a lot of help ) has become focussed on the sport that has given him so much. And I expect unlike you he has respect for his opponents and I find the tactical battle between players much more interesting . He could never pot his way past Hendry in his prime because he didn't have the mental prowessto do so. I like the fact that he has learned the mental discipline to do so. I actually would like to see him win fella if it's a good match but unlike yourself I respect all of them playing under that much pressure and producing the goods.

Did you watch the Ronnie interview with SD just then SB ? From my post above he now has respect for the game and other players and is a better man for it. This is why I love the game ... and the game only as I dont play favourites.

Yeah watched it.... His hate for Selby's style of play is well known to anyone who has followed snooker over the years.
Another rerack in frame 13.... Selby's plan of slowing down the game to annoy Ronnie isn't working - purely based on Ronnies mental strength gain over the past few years. I'm so glad we are getting the genius of Ronnie that has always been present; and yet he's cut out most of the inconsistency. Fantastic to watch.
Selby on the other hand is still consistently boring and still playing very little other than safety's waiting for the easy break through. This kind of play shouldn't be rewarded with a victory and hopefully it won't be data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Been out all day so haven't seen the final but apparently it's been pretty poor so far?
Nobody has made a 147 in the Crucible final before. I'm sure O'Sullivan would love to do that if he gets the chance.

That green going in off.... Selby getting the frame.
Watching him genuinely angers me.
Why did it have to be him in the final? Why??????
