not wanting to agree with an aussie but yes rugby league first!! get battered and get up and play unlike wendyball( football) players who milk every oppertunity to get a penalty!

Golf for me, there's no running involved but 18 holes on a hot day and I'm shattered!

How about a net session in Australia against Mitchell Johnson, that would kill you lol

CURRT1S Publish time 2-12-2019 21:03:48

Give me that over a round of 18 in Australia, don't think I'd make 10!

Having just recently got into rock climbing / bouldering, I have to agree with this. It's amazingly satisfying to be able to conquer newer problems data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Been going from 3 months and have noticed some definite improvement in my muscle definition and my grip strength.

Can be a bit expensive to start when you're trying it out, but if you do like it buy a pair of shoes (about £50) buy a long term membership to your local climbing wall / centre and it'll be a cheap all year round activity where you meet really helpful people and enjoy learning a new hobby.

Edit: And having a lot of friends who think they can do all the climbs because they have good upper body strength or w/e. You invite them along and they soon see it's not as easy as they thought. That's how I ended up getting started too data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Any sport can be the "toughest sport" taken to the max? I am sure 3 weeks racing the TdF is tough, playing a final of a Rugby match it tough, rowing, climbing, running, fighting... my chosen sport is Cycling, I can make it as easy or as hard as I like... I do have a fetish for climbing monster hills as fast as I can, its tough but I love it. This year i am trying to push my self to compete, MTB race end of Feb, 2 hours continuous off roading will hurt.

1 for boxing or all full contact fight sports. You have to be as fit as other sports but also get punched/kicked while maintaining that fitness/skill.
