Very well played Wales today. Great defensive display and deserved the win overall.

From an Irish perspective, that's the worst I've seen us play in a very long time. Sexton wasn't at it at all, and our line-outs were shockingly bad. Basic handling and kicking errors thrown in for good measure too. Hard to believe that we played so poorly and yet should probably have won if we'd taken our chances.

Enjoyable game at Twickenham. I though that England was going to run riot, but they butchered far too many chances. Had the ref made the right decision when Cole dived on the ball when defending his line, he should have been sin binned, it may have been an even tighter game. A fair outcome in the end. Mike Brown had a good game, nice to see him back.

What odds would you give me for
Italy 6 Wales 13
England 14 France 18
Scotland 12 Ireland 9

Would love to agree, but the way he shouted at the assistant referee doesn't belong in the game.

Agree about Brown. He's such a talented full-back, but seems to have a pretty short fuse.... And there is no place in rugby union for disrespect for the officials - even when they're wrong. To quote the great Nige - "This is not soccer".
I thought Poite didn't t have a particularly good game today, unlike Barnsey who was pretty consistent, I thought.

I imagine the England fans will take the win, but Lancaster and his team will be pretty disappointed wither the performance, I think.

Ronan O'Gara reckons Wales is in the driving seat now.

No chance of us winning it. Too many points to make up. Fantastic effort by the boyos yesterday though. Not as much ball as I'd have liked in the second half but amazing defensive effort. Crowd was great at times too. Had free tickets and an amazing view. Can't remember much of yesterday though as I was bladdered!

I think results will have to go Wales' way, providing that is we beat the Italians. France, have they a really good game in them, you just never know, bit more confidence now perhaps. Edinburgh always a difficult place to play for the Irish, those Scottish backs look dangerous with ball in hand. It's going to be a great super Saturday. Irelands championship to lose me thinks.
