Hmm. For running, they look like they'd bound on your neck terribly... maybe they'd be OK for walking...

I've only used them briefly. They are very easy to pair. The sound quality isn't great compared to other wired headphones I have, but that is down to the quality of the speakers rather than any Bluetooth issues. These are Bluetooth 4.1 btw.
They come with 3 different sizes of ear plug, but they have 'over the ear' clips as well. I will try to post pictures later.

i ordered the mpow as i have the same problem as the OP (except i know my ears are freakish!) but i didnt get on with them as the cable between the 2 ears (the blue bit in the above pic) was not loose enough id rather it was more 'stringy'. As it was it pulled on the 2 ear buds as it hadnt lost its curl shape from when it was packaged. This for me made them fall out of my earsas it was too tense. The same headphones with a looser cable would be great
I am in denial about my freakish ears. And I am stilling awaiting the magical bluetooth hat. I am hoping this will be The Answer To Everything.

I hadn't heard of Bluetooth hats before today! Not great in the summer though...
So my pair of bluetooth earphones that I got cheap from eBay turned up today. Of course, today also one of my work colleagues has bought in a pair of bluetooth earphones they never use and just given me as they hear about how I needed some! So I now have 2 to try out. Guess these bluetooth earphones are like buses eh?
