I know, it's down to the devs now to try and port, even if they do though Android Pay might still not work as needs to be signed off digitally by Google and they supposedly put blocks on custom rom's to stop that type of feature happening.
I might just sell my new SW3 and get something else but what's good for the same sort of money and features inc NFC etc, anyone know ?

Just an update for everyone, there is a very clever developer on XDA who is going to hopefully install and run some tests of AW 2.0 on his Smartwatch 3 tomorrow, if it all goes well he will advise us all how to update etc. I have asked him a few questions so will keep you updated if you don't already know.
He did say originally Android Pay won't work but that's not a deal breaker we can still use our phones for that if need be

That's really good news, thanks for that. Really interested in hearing more.

Guys its edging closer, and the full version too, the dev is even hoping that SafetyNet can be hacked, Android Pay would work then, but that's not definite yet and may not even happen, but everything else will be available

I've been watching closely as My Moto360 wont be getting w2.0 and it's falling to bits, so will looking to pick one of these up second hand, hopefully it will be easy to flash and work well, not to worried about Pay as Barclays don't support it anyway.
