Really tidy case, seems well protected and looks good without adding bulk. Can't ask for much more data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190507_150849-jpg.1148225/ https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190507_150841-jpg.1148226/ https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190507_150809-jpg.1148227/ https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190507_150759-jpg.1148228/ https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190507_150915-jpg.1148229/

Still no 128GB/4G in the shop but ordered one from the Samsung Online store for delivery tomorrow.
Would have preferred Silver to black but the backs going to be in a case and the fronts all screen anyway!
Picked up a Keyboard Case from the shop though, seems very nice!

Anyone seeing their speed to their router this low?
https://www.avforums.com/attachments/20190509_122422-jpg.1148919/
But oddly speed test is way higher, it's so strange

I did on my previous one, almost wondering if its a bug and not really that "slow"?
My new one is due in about 30 mins... just in time - the 2x cases that are coming from China are due tomorrow!

Be interesting how you find the new one!
I've heard people are having freezes and glitches and I've (touch wood) not. So maybe there are better ones out there.
I do agree that the speed reading issue could well be software as it's never been that's slow.
I have messaged Samsung and they've said they will feed back the information and get back to me. So I guess we'll see, I do feel like they were actually taking on board what I had to say.

My Infiland case arrived today and fits well. One bonus of the design is that the rear camera is covered by the case flap and so the lens is protected. For the same £11.99 cost as their other case design I think it's a bit of a bargain.
I think the blue one looks a bit nicer but was out of stock when I ordered mine and showed another week before stock was due. Then came into stock just after my one shipped data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I haven't had that but haven't really used mine much while waiting for the case to arrive.
But its been fine loading apps and configuring them so hopefully it's also bug free.

That's good news.
Be interested what you and other owners think of the battery protection settings.
I haven't turned them all on as not sure I want to drop 15% battery charge...
Just realised I left fast charge on, oops

I'm also not too sure on that either.
It is recommended not to charge too frequently to 100% for longer battery lifespan but a 95% charge maximum limit would seem preferable to the 85% offered. With the recommendation not to go below 20% charge that is only leaving 65% battery capacity for use.
Also not clear with it setting the new shown capacity to 100%, if that is also affecting the lower shown 20% of the scale i.e. is that still 20% of the original 100% battery or is it now 20% of the 85% battery in which case, if my poor logic is correct, could mean you are letting the battery get far lower than the recommended 20% lower limit. I'm confused...data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
100%: 7800mah
85% of 7800mah = 6630mah
New 100%: 6630mah - 80% = 1326mah
Old 100%: 7800mah - 80% = 1560mah
Really depends on how they have implemented the 20% shown charge.

I'm personally thinking it's not north worrying about, I charge all my stuff to 100%. Main thing I turn off is fast charge to reduce heat (which I had forgotten to do!).
I don't think it's worth reducing your enjoyment of the device by limiting yourself to a narrow window of use.
