TWO TABLETS LOCKED OUT
i have a nexus 7 and a hudl tablets and they have always worked fine. Yesterday i went on,my nexus and i couldn't ' get on googleso i went to WiFi found my router ,clicked on it but it wont accept my p/word. it keeps saying authenticating/saved/ authenticating problem over and over.
i took itback to factory settings and tried again .now i cant get beyond the p/word stage.
so i thought i would try my Hudl, that is the same it asks for my p/word but wont accept it.
i dont know weather this helps but i recently changedcontract for broadband to EE.

but would this affect my tablets.

can help. It sounds like your main computer is connected via Ethernet cable which generally doesn't require any setup and will work just by plugging in it.
Your other two devices are WiFi and therefore will require the name of the WiFi network and the right password to connect to.
If you have changed your isp recently they will give you a new router and this will have a new WiFi network name and password. This is usually on the router, or a card that has the details on it.This should be entered into your nexus and hudldevices.
(The exception to this if you have manually changed the WiFi network and password back on the new router to what it was before on your old router, usually via a web interface with a connection say from your PC.This would then allow all your devices including phones to connect without any changes) Thanks Chuck i will try all that and keep you posted.
