i think its a case of raise a problem with Sky - their forum does look quite active, a quick search of 'Sky Blocking Web Sites' on google shows a few threads- the people from Sky do post on there to help out, so that could be a good place to start maybe?

Sky have my tracert - they first of all thought it was a Shield issue but are now wondering if it’s a IPv4 vs IPv6 issue. Dragon , fo you have IP6 disabled

I presume IP6 isn't disabled as I can't see anywhere to disable it. My router is the Sr02.

Do you have Active X disabled\filtered in the router such as found under URL Filtering?

Have you ever been able to access it via sky?
Or have you just moved to sky?
It could be the other way round, it could be your (or rather sky's ip range) being blocked by the web server/firewall for some reason.

I used to be able to access the site and have been with Sky Fibre for ages.
Update - Over the weekend I can suddenly connect to this site again - I wonder if sky have implemented a fix. Curiously a tracert still times out after 8 hops but as I say - I can access the site .
I am keen to knowwhat the issue was so eagerly awaiting the next Sky call back

That doesn't mean much though it just means the devices don't respond to Ping\ICMP.
I am on Virgin and I get to the same cos1-ar1-xe-0-0-0-0.us.twtelecom.net and get timeouts.
