Try this:
1. F10 BIOS
2. Select System Configuration tab
3. Select Boot Options
4. Legacy Support
5. Secure Boot - uncheck this
So I managed to get windows loading but came up with the selected disk has MBR... I don’t know what I did by now laptop comes up saying no boot available enter disk
no device drivers were found aaahhhhh
So help us please, how did you get to this, via BIOS method or other?
Was this reported when W10 was trying to install?
When I got selected disk MBR, I messed up the storage and combined them so deleted drivers on laptop
Sorry trying to understand this is difficult at the best of times. If you can just help us through this we will be able to help. W10 can be installed on the laptop but we need to get you to the place where you can do that via a step by step process if needs be.
W10 doesn't need to see any drivers on install, they will be installed by the W10 install process.
So did you try to turn off secure boot in BIOS?

Do you want to install W7 or W10? Which ever you choose you will needa license/product key.
