Electriq 55" smart TV cant access the smart part of the tv

Hello everyone I am havinga issuewith my electriq smart TV when I go to the smart part of the TV it come up IQ smart then says android but that is as far as it gos I cant gain accessto the smart menu and was lookingfor any adviceon how to factory reset the TV without gainingaccessto the smart menuor if anyonehave a answer to why I cant load the smart part I have googledthe manual and dosnt say anythingabout it seems TVs like LG and Philips have a advanced setting menu but I cant find any info on the make on what I should do to fix this issue

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Check your user manual or look through the TV's menu for the reset procedure.
