Usually there’s a run up to the day. Lots of deals are limited.
Most retailers will offer a price promise so if you buy something now and it gets reduced further then you can claim the difference.

Samsung’s range has dropped substantially over last few weeks. Only ones now selling at full price are 75” Q9FN and the new 8k sets.
For example, 55” Q9FN is now £1800, but it started off at c£3000.
Appreciate that but I meant in relation to BF deals, i know prices change throughout the year, that 3k price was never realistic and I expect very few were mad enough to actually paid that.

Overall been very unimpressed with the BF led deals unless you want an LG oled, in which case there’s some cracking deals. But other than that, I have to say it’s been totally meh. Surprised Samsung haven’t budged a penny, but that’s their loss. £2200 for a 65” Q8DN when all said it’s the same spec as Sony’s XF9005 for £1499. £700 price difference for the same tech. Bonkers.
Agree I was hoping for a grand cheaper on the Samsung 75" Q9 today but absolutely nothing. Tempted by that Sony 9005 though. It will be mostly for gaming so dont want another Oled,
