Goodmans/Cello C65ANSMT-4K failed update Help please
Evening. I said I would look into possible fixes for it but I cannot locate any info or firmware on the set. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks My Cello C65ANSMT / Goodmans G65ANSMT has suffered a similar fate!
I also canoot find any software/firmware updates, and even worse (and more puzzing) it won't even do a factory reset!!! May be a long shot but have either of you tried contacting Cello on the UK landline number as per that website link to see what they say? I think Goodmas/Cello supplied him with the firmware on a USB stick but the TV refuses to accept it?
