Hue questions.
I have 2 sets of 4 ambiance gu10. They are set to a cool white after switch on with the wall switch. Sometimes they turn on to the standard warm bright setting. I know this is default if you switch off and on quickly a few times, but this never happens with these lights. I sometimes think it happens if they have been turned off in the app (where they still show as on) while off at the switch. Is there a way to fix this?I also added a motion sensor to another set of lights. I decided to set it up to last setting after 60 mins (would like more but can only go to 60) no motion in the day. What tends to happen is the lights dim to 50% for a short period before turning off due to no motion. Upon turning them on again they come back to 50%. Where does the 50% come from? There appears no setting in the app for this. I would rather they came back at full brightness. I believe you can set the app up to have the colour and brightness when you turn on/off the device. Is there any reason why your turning on and off by the switch? I'd keep the gu10s on by the switch at all tim and use the hue app/alexa/google to turn them on/off
settings > power-on behaviour > where you can change some bits They are set up to come on a cool white in power on behaviour. Sometimes they come on the default warm white which is annoying. I know there is a safety override so if you switch off and on a few times close together they come on as default warm white, but this isn't happening. After being off for a while, when both turned on together, they will sometimes do this:

I just use them as normal bulbs hence leaving the switch active (I've bought some hue switches so may sort this out) but can then use the smart functionality when it suits me. For instance I can just leave them on when I go to bed and putting my phone on charge will turn them off. In your picture it looks like all 4 of the far group is the wrong colour and all 4 of the nearest are the correct white. Is it normally like this when the problem occurs or is it more random? Are both light fittings on the same switch or separate switch?
If they're separate switches and the issue occurs on a group of 4 in one fitting I suspect it may be switch or wiring related. Just a hypothesis but if the switch is getting worn it might be in effect pulsing the power as you turn it on.
