Musical Fidelity M6si owners.....

Hi guys.

Are there any MF M6si (or 5si) owners out there willing to share their opinion on this amp?
After many many Google searches I'm drawing a blank other than a sprinkling of reviews from 2014.

I'm an Arcam owner and my amp is paired with Spendor A7 speakers.
I like the Arcam but, like most of us on here, have always got my eye on the "next best thing".

If I sold the Arcam, would the MF be a suitable match for my speakers?

I'll be using it with an RME ADI-2 DAC for music and HT bypass for HT duties.

Any thoughts guys....

There is MF love from me, but for there DAC's not Amp's...

Why don't you like their amps @SickSquirrel?

My budget is dependant on what I can get for my SR250 assuming I decide to sell it.
I think around £2500 but am looking at used to expand my options.

I'm unsure if the Spendors I have are fussy when it comes to amplifier matching? If that is even a thing!

Awww don't mate. I saw that M6 500i on their website and I literally drooled. I wouldn't say no to that but it is way out if my price range.

Do people really hear such large differences in bass handling, mid range delivery and treble extension from a simple amplifier change?

My Arcam is class G but low on output, would I truly hear the difference with say, the M6si?
