Im due an early upgrade but I have an s8 plus and it seems s9 plus will set me back £60 a month and have to give them my phone or pay £250 on top. My s8 plus is working fine just the charger sometimes disconnects if I move the phone but that could be the lead rather than connection
The S7 was a true classic in my opinon and I find they have only added gimmicks since then. I fail to see how rounding the screen corners adds any value. To the contrary, actually.

Need some help. Had my s9 plus since 9th and I've been having dropped calls lasting between 5-10 seconds. Took it to Samsung and they said antenna or SIM card fault replaced sim card and the problem is still there. Samsung said I can return to retailer for an exchange. Spoke to mobile phone direct and they want me to send it to them so they can look at it to see if they can repair it.Am I not able to get a replacement from them
? The S8 was USB-C as well.
As to why, well USB-C is reversible, delivers more power, supports USB 3.1, used on laptops, various other phones, my GoPro.
I had a black screen of death incident today on my S9.. a hard reboot fixed it (after a Google search).
Samsung users.. is this a major issue? Do I need to get a replacement? I'm near the end of my return period.
Never heard of this until today.. seen some websites down playing it..

Personally Samsung have become very greedy and I find Samsungs fire starting to burn out .so many other manufacturers Sony Xperia XZ Premium (I own) Huawei Mate 10 Pro,OnePlus5T all doing same things now and much better prices all with excellent flagship specs and prices which can easily give you same experience as Samsung. What's so fantastic about that S9 ?? only released 10months after the S8 just not worth it unless you have to much money to spend just not worth it any more ...
You can do better with other brands now they all have more or less cought up and even bettered Samsung at their own game .I don't Samsung rule the market as they have been doing for the last few years .I think the S7 was their best and now it's time for others to make their day and perosnaly good luck .I used to have Samsung's for many years and loved them but then Sony started to up their game and bettered them selfs so I jumped ship after owning my last Samsung S5 and I've never looked back just upgraded from a Xperia Z5 to a Xperia XZ Premium and sorry this phone is way better than S8 in my opinion fantastic phone on all levels .

Overated and over priced phone get your money back
Fuming with mobile phone direct sent my s9back for an exchange because of a bad antenna and they have now cancelled my contract. Not sure how they have managed to do this because I was 28 days into my new deal
