Pre ordered Gears of War 4 from them on the Friday before the release on the following Tuesday. Said they would "do their best to deliver on release day". It's Wednesday night and I don't have it yet.
I'm glad people have had positive experience with their previous orders but seems I'm not the only case and if you want something on time, I would suggest avoiding Tesco. But you can't complain when you are paying a good price to get it a little late. I paid £45 for the bundle with Gears 4 and Gears 1 Ultimate Edition. Gears 4 was 40 alone. It's normally around 50 in most places. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

When it comes to Blu-ray pre-orders then Tesco are always my first port of call but haven't used them for games in years but the majority of the time they would get releases to me on release day but there was always the odd one that would arrive late normally AAA titles like Call of Duty.

My experience over the years suggests that they are hit and miss. They have warehouses on the UK mainland and in Jersey and its a crapshoot as to which they dispatch your order from.

Pre ordered my copy of Gears 4 from Amazon months ago.
Turned up just before 2pm on release day.
Also, £35 delivered.
I honestly can't remember the last time I had an issue with Amazon.
The last 3-4 years at least I've had games turn up on release day, and blu-rays the day before release.
