I hit my 1 year anniversary of vaping 4 days ago.I wasn't a heavy smoker by any means, perhaps 10 a day but I quit on 30th June 2016 and haven't had a single cigarette since (although oddly I had a weird dream last night where I was smoking and woke up gutted that I had smoked - albeit in a dream!).

I feel better, my asthma is better, my lungs are better.I can't say I am fitter as I have skipped the gym a fair bit recently but I could be fitter than I ever was if I tried!

Main thing I notice is money. No longer am I spending £5-6 a day on a pack of cigarettes, instead I am spending say £20 a month on 100ml of liquid (probably even less on average) so what was a £150 a month habit is now £15-20.

I enjoy vaping a lot and I am now down to the lowest nic strength, once I have finished my stock of liquid I am planning on going on 0% nic

Quit smoking 3 years ago. Have had a couple of fags when drinking but cannot take them back no more as they taste disgusting. I feel alot better for stopping. Just purchased a cigalike from epuffer, great bit of kit. Initial outlay is a bit expensive as you need to buy the cartomizers aswell but this thing blows v2, jac etc etc out the water. Carts are only 1.2mg nicotine but it is nice n smooth with a decent throat hit. Stay away from the tobacco premium and get the 5x5 flavour.
