I like a curry with a bit of a kid and will pick up any so called 'Hot' Supermarket gear and have found this to be too generic and safe.

So I was perusing the menu of my then local and came across this gem:-

Singaporean Chicken (Fancy something hot 'n' spicy? - This is the one, cooked with soya sauce & green chillies)

When you open the lid, it is pretty much dry, no sauce brimming the top and wow, I could not finish it, jess louise it was just overpowering.

Dunno if they do this elsewhere but I had to give up and can only assume these Hottest Curry absolutely whack most takeaway gear.

I'll stick to Chicken Chilli Korma which is nice.

goat is a very popular meat in alot of the world (in fact the most popular in many places), it tastes like lamb but while I've never cooked it I belive it requires a bit more thought and effort to make sure it's tender.
