Sorry for the confusion, but I don't mean an outside cubical, I just mean the other toilet downstairs, but my parents always referred to it as "the outside toilet". data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

But it seems mighty suspicious that I got so ill after eating a meal of bacon and sausages etc. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

It's easy to use the term food poisoning for that, I see it more as your body rejecting something it doesn't like.
Once it's got rid of it, you're back to normal (so usually 24 hours at most)
If you ever get 'proper' food poisoning you'd realise the difference.
Days in bed, bucket next to the bed, sometimes 'accidents' at the other end too.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
No warning, no chance of even running to the toilet, barely able to move.
I lost around a stone in a very short time.
And, at the time, I was very thin anyway (6'/75 kgs at that time).

There are many different bugs that cause food poisoning ranging in severity. Different people fight it off better than others.

Besides the incubation time can be quite long.
