last one i had was 30% off, got 4 different flavoured 2kg bags for about £70 i have a small home gym in garage, use proteinworks due to the 30% off codes they give out, but i wouldnt substitute a meal for a shake.Just eat better, cut out crap and stop snacking as much, then use protein shakes post, pre or during work outs.always tastes nicer with milk, but best adding water.
