Welcome but going to need more information before anyone can give any advice.
Age, level of current fitness, any training or sport in the past and if so what? What are your goals and ambitions in terms of fitness? Do you just want to get a bit fitter or would you like to work towards something specific? Do you have access to any equipment like weights, gym, bike etc?

There are so many ways to workout at home that it depends on what you get on with. There are loads of apps and youtube videos that will go through anything from a short High Intensity Workout to more relaxed Yoga or Pillates sessions. Then you could get equipment like exercise bikes, treadmills, TRX or kettle bells. Then again if you are not very active at the moment then just moving more, like going for a walk, could be a good place to start. If you like the idea of running then there is the couch to 5k training plans.
