Bodyfat will increase and decrease depending on calorie intake and exercise. You say you eat healthily but even eating too much of “healthy” foods will add weight and body fat. It’s as simple as calories in vs calories out.

Have you recently increased your food intake or decreased exercise? Changed programme? Added any supplements etc?

Did you measure your body fat at different times of the day?

Your body can vary dramatically from the moment you wake up to the time you go to sleep.

Personally, my weight can fluctuate anything up to 5kg! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 ......i like food and sweat a lot data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

It was towards the end of summer and I cut back on the amount of cardio I was doing. Back garden workouts are no fun in the cold. I'll test it again in Feb - no point doing after straight after Christmas data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I tip my hat to you, I think the best I have ever achieved is about the 12 -15 %, 10% takes serious dedication, good luck.

I think you need to check when and how you are eating and as well as what you are eating. If there is a presence of insulin, you cannot burn fat. You will rather store. Consider these two examples:

1) John has a total calorie intake for a day of 2500. John only eats twice a day, ie, 10am and 4pm. Any snack or coffee is eaten at these particular times.

2) James has a total of 2000 calories a day. But this is how james eats in a day; Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack and dinner (5x daily)

Even though James takes in 2000 and John takes 2500 calories, James will store more fats than John, who eats morecalories. This is because, James trigger insulin, 5x whilst John trigger insulin only 2x.

Insulin is trigger store more fat so you have to also take it into consideration. ie, Lots of foods trigger insulin release, caffeine is one of them.
